Checkout sends us an order request. Quoted items are not charged at checkout. We save your order with the status awaiting payment, and a team member confirms your price and arranges payment with you. A domain name is registered only after payment is received, and it is not held for you until then, so someone else could register it first. For premium and estimated names, a team member confirms the exact price with the registry and tells you before you pay anything. Everything else is invoiced after our team validates your order.
