1. Before you pay
Placing an order request does not charge you. It saves your request with the status awaiting payment. You can cancel an order request at any time before you pay, at no cost, by emailing us. A team member confirms your price and arranges payment, and nothing is registered or started until payment is received.
2. Domain names
- Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once the name is registered at the registry. Our registrar’s agreement says its fees are non-refundable, even if a registration is later suspended, cancelled or transferred, and that it will not refund a registration because of a spelling error.
- Please check the exact spelling and extension before you pay. If you think you ordered a name by mistake, tell us right away. We can ask our registrar whether anything can be done, but we cannot promise a refund.
- If we are unable to register a name you paid for, for example because it was taken or the registry rejects it, we will tell you and refund what you paid for that name or offer you a different name, as you prefer.
- Renewals follow the same rule: once a renewal is processed, it is not refundable.
3. Setup, websites, listings and other services
- We do not offer a money-back guarantee. If something is not right, contact us first and we will work to fix it.
- Work that has already started, and fees for third-party items already bought for you, are not refundable. If you cancel before we start work, we will refund what you paid for the work not started.
- Monthly services can be cancelled at any time by support ticket or email. Cancellation takes effect as our team confirms to you in writing, and fees for a period already started are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We do not guarantee placement, rankings or results from directories, search engines or AI assistants, so a lack of them is not by itself a reason for a refund.
- If we agree to a refund, we will send it by the same way you paid when that is possible. We will tell you how long it should take.
4. Coupons and special offers
- GO50: $50 off the setup fee of Express Web or Express Social for new members, one use per member, valid through the end of the month it is offered. The monthly price is not discounted.
- MEGA DEAL: includes 3 months of service free for the AI Receptionist, as described on the offer page when you order.
- Offers and free periods have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and are not refunded or exchanged for cash if you cancel.
5. How to ask
Email us at the address below with your order number (it looks like SO-2026-1001) and what went wrong. We reply as soon as we can, and decisions are made by our team and confirmed in writing.
