1. Who we are
These terms are between you and ATLIS ONLINE LLC, which runs SITERIA (this website, our ordering pages and the services we sell). By placing an order request, creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you order for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. Order requests, price confirmation and payment
- When you press Place order, we save an order request with the status awaiting payment. Quoted items are not charged at checkout.
- A team member confirms your price and arranges payment with you. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you and you have paid.
- Prices shown on the site are estimates until we confirm them. We may correct an obvious error, and we will tell you before you pay.
- Coupon codes and special offers apply only as described with the offer, and we may end an offer at any time. Offers have no cash value.
- Online card payment is not set up yet. We will tell you how to pay when we confirm your order. Taxes, if any, are shown or explained when we confirm your price.
- Monthly services continue until cancelled. To cancel, open a support ticket or email us and we will confirm the details with you.
3. Domain name registration
- A domain name is registered only after payment is received. Until then it is not held for you, so another person may register it first. Availability shown on the site is a live check, not a reservation.
- We register names through our registrar, Resell.biz, and the registry that runs each extension (such as .com). Registration is also subject to the rules of ICANN and each registry, and to the registrar’s own domain registration agreement, which you agree to when we register a name for you. You can read it at resell.biz/legal.
- You must give complete and accurate contact details for the registrant, and keep them current. Under the registrar’s terms, changes must be reported within 7 days, and the registrant’s email address must be verified within 15 days of registration or a change. If it is not, the domain can be suspended or cancelled.
- New registrations and some transfers are subject to a 60 day lock on moving the name to another registrar.
- You are responsible for choosing a name that does not infringe anyone’s rights. Domain disputes are handled under the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and similar registry policies, and a registration can be suspended, cancelled or transferred under them.
- Names are registered in your business name unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Renewal dates and prices are confirmed by our team. It is your job to tell us if you do not want a name renewed.
- Typing errors in a domain name you ask for cannot be refunded once it is registered. Please check the spelling before you pay.
4. Premium and estimated domain names
Some names are premium names or have an estimated price. The price shown is an estimate. A team member confirms the exact price with the registry and tells you before you pay anything, and the name is registered only after you agree and payment is received. A premium name can be sold or change price before we register it.
5. WHOIS and contact data
- When we register a domain for you, we send the registrant contact details you give us (such as name, business name, postal address, email and phone) to our registrar, which passes them to the registry as ICANN and registry rules require. They may also be shared with others where the law or those rules require it.
- What the public can see in WHOIS or RDAP lookups depends on the registry and registrar rules at the time, and some details may be hidden by default and others shown.
- Our standard orders do not include a domain privacy service, and we do not promise that your contact details will be hidden from public lookups.
- Our WHOIS lookup page shows public registry information. It is provided for general information and may be incomplete or out of date.
6. Websites, hosting, email and other services
- We build and run what your order describes, such as a website, hosting, webmail on your domain, directory and search listings, and AI features. The product page and the confirmation we send you describe what is included.
- Timelines such as “up and running in 14 days or less” start when we have payment and everything we need from you, such as your details, logo and photos. Delays caused by missing information or by third parties do not count.
- Websites and email are hosted with third-party hosting providers. We aim for reliable service, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free.
- Directories, search engines and AI assistants decide for themselves whether to approve, show or rank a listing. We submit and optimize listings, but we do not guarantee placement, rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
- Directory and AI platform names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. AI-generated content notice
We use artificial intelligence tools, including the assistant on this site and tools that help write or design pages, listings and messages. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The site assistant is not a person and does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and what it says is not an offer or a price confirmation. Please review anything we prepare for your business before it goes live, and tell us about anything that is wrong. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, spread malware, harass others, impersonate anyone, give false information, or try to break into or overload our systems or our providers’ systems. We may refuse, suspend or end a service if we reasonably think it is being misused, or if a registry, registrar, hosting provider or the law requires it.
9. Your content and accounts
You keep ownership of the text, logos, photos and other material you give us. You allow us to use it to deliver your services, including showing it on your website and sending it to directories and platforms you ask us to list you on. You confirm you have the right to give it to us. Keep your login details private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for registry, registrar, hosting, directory or other third-party decisions, outages or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts. Domain disputes are also subject to the dispute policies described above.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
